Yes — Texas Trails is pet-friendly. See our full Pet Policy below for leash rules, breed guidelines, and the dog park.
Nightly & weekly stays: full refund with 48 hours’ notice, 50% refund inside 48 hours. Monthly stays: 14 days’ notice for a full refund of unused nights. No-shows are non-refundable.
Yes — monthly and seasonal rates are available on select sites, with electric metered separately over a fair-use threshold. Ask the office about current long-term availability.
Our pull-through sites comfortably fit rigs up to 70′. Call ahead with your exact length and we’ll confirm the right site.
Current registration and proof of insurance on the stored item, plus a signed storage agreement and a refundable deposit. Bring your registration/insurance to the office to get set up same-day.
Yes. The storage yard has open 24/7 access — no gate or keypad code needed, any hour, any day.
Credit & debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and cash at the office. Monthly RV and storage accounts can be set up on autopay.
Generators are permitted only during a countywide power outage. Open fires are allowed in designated fire rings only, weather and burn-ban conditions permitting.

Storage Access

- 24/7 open access — no gate or keypad
- Month-to-month, refundable deposit
Payment & Cancellation

- Full refund with 48 hrs’ notice (nightly/weekly)
- 14 days’ notice for monthly stays
Site & Vehicle Rules
- One RV + one towed vehicle per site
- No washing vehicles or RVs on-site
- Skirting & tie-downs required for extended stays
Fires & Generators
- Designated fire rings only, subject to burn bans
- Generators permitted only during outages
- Fireworks are not permitted on the property
Guests & Visitors
- Day visitors must check in at the office
- Visitor parking available near the office
- Visitors depart by 10:00pm unless registered

Pet Policy
Good dogs (and their people) welcome
We’re a pet-friendly park with a fenced dog park built specifically so your dog can stretch their legs off-leash.
- Maximum 2 pets per site
- Leashed (6′ max) everywhere outside the dog park
- Clean up after your pet — stations provided park-wide
- No breed restrictions; aggressive behavior is not tolerated
- Please don’t leave pets unattended outside at your site
